He leads and mentors the entire One Fell Swoop team to deliver beyond expectations, while overseeing all stages of our clients’ projects. His strategic input is highly regarded by them.
With over 25 years' in advertising and marketing, the last ten as a Partner of One Fell Swoop, Paul ensures the timely delivery of high-quality assets, campaign materials and advertising. Paul’s critical work ‘behind the scenes’ on our connectivity, technical support and asset management ensures continuing smooth operations.

Research & Advisory
We offer a full suite of research and advisory solutions, each designed to help our clients navigate the uncertainty, challenges and nuances of a continuously evolving sector. Our core philosophy is built on the belief that the consumer should be front of mind of any development.
Specialising in consumer research, Floyd is responsible for our Pulse 65 Survey, which provides a deeper understanding of senior Australians. He leads a passionate team that delivers market assessments, development and planning assessments, financial modelling, supply and demand analysis and consumer research to inform and de-risk projects for our NSW and QLD clients.
With a background in finance, development and acquisitions, Liam has 10 years’ experience in the seniors’ industry, having worked for one of Australia’s largest privately owned operators. Leading a dedicated team, he oversees the delivery of market assessments, development and planning advice, financial modelling, supply and demand analysis and consumer research to inform and de-risk projects for our Victorian and South Australian clients.

Marketing & Advertising
We have full in-house capabilities across a range of marketing and advertising services. Marketing and advertising works hand in hand with sales to ensure leads are maximised and campaigns and conversion collateral are doing their jobs — building real value from every dollar spent.
Highly credentialed, Hamisha has over ten years’ experience in aged care marketing, through roles at Japara and Arcare. In managing multiple stakeholders for assisted living and retirement living communities for some of our most high profile clients, Hamisha‘s hands on experience in all facets of marketing is complemented by her recently completed MBA.
David has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, spending 12 years in Europe. He brings his unique perspective, expertise and knowledge to his role and is responsible for two major developments in New South Wales and Queensland.
With many years’ experience both agency and client-side, Jackson brings knowledge from a wide range of marketing channels including deep expertise across digital media. A results-oriented approach and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, allows him to drive tangible and lasting outcomes for our Victorian and land lease clients.
With 15 years’ in residential and mixed-use project marketing, Jonathan brings this unique experience to his role as a Senior Marketing Manager, applying his broad property marketing skills to campaigns for land lease communities and other seniors’ living projects in New South Wales.

With over 20 years’ experience marketing and selling retirement living and residential property, Rob provides inspirational and hands on leadership to one of the most dynamic seniors’ living sales teams in the country. He has a deep understanding of what motivates sales teams to achieve results. Rob’s team works closely with our marketing teams to ensure leads are converted to sales. We have more than $1 billion in developments currently at market.
