Creating a premium community with breathtaking facilities and views
Another powerful example of utilising One Fell Swoop’s full suite of integrated services. Nestled on the banks of Melbourne’s Yarra River, Streeton Park is Royal Freemasons’ second premium retirement development. Streeton Park is named after artist Arthur Streeton, famous for his impressionist Australian landscapes.
Following our first successful Royal Freemasons’ retirement development, Redmond Park, we completed an extensive assessment of the competitive environment and target market. This led to working with the architect on the built form and providing interior design services to create a premium retirement community in Melbourne’s north.
The creative concept for Streeton Park was inspired by its tranquil, riverside location and glorious views. The brandmark has an elegant organic feel, while the colour palette borrows from the natural world — earthy browns and greens. As well as the interiors, branding, marketing strategy and advertising collateral, we designed and built the display suite in East Ivanhoe and managed the sales team. 90% of apartments sold prior to opening.
