Paul has over 25 years’ experience in advertising and marketing with some of the most recognised global agencies. He has worked with Christopher for over 20 years, the last 12 of those as Partner at OFS. As leader of the Marketing team, Paul takes a holistic approach, fostering collaboration and overseeing all facets of the teams under his guidance. A technical specialist, Paul also manages the company’s IT infrastructure and operations.

Stuart Nicolson

As an owner and operator, Stuart has held senior leadership and board positions for nearly 20 years in the Australian for-profit retirement living and aged care sectors. He has a dual role in driving our strategy and business growth as well as running our Operations division.
