One Fell Swoop is a specialist, end-to-end provider of professional services exclusively for the Australian seniors’ living sector. Since 2012, we have partnered with developers to market and sell over $8 billion worth of seniors’ living, making us the country’s largest team of licensed estate agents dedicated to this sector.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Sales Manager to join our team for a luxury retirement living development in the heart of Geelong’s CBD. This role is perfect for candidates with a strong background in off-the-plan seniors living who thrives on creating meaningful connections and delivering outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain a detailed database of prospective buyers
  • Conduct personalised appointments with seniors and their families
  • Host engaging information sessions and small events
  • Sell the lifestyle, features, and vision of premium seniors’ living
  • Provide ongoing support to purchasers from reservation through to settlement
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide insightful reporting
  • Engage with local communities, clubs, and groups to raise awareness

About you

  • Previous experience selling seniors living (off-the-plan preferred)
  • A good understanding of how Support at Home and age care works
  • Proven success in community engagement and relationship-building
  • A highly self-motivated and polished approach with impeccable presentation
  • The ability to work autonomously in a display suite with remote team support
  • A strong understanding of the target market, their needs, and how to provide solutions
  • Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency in Apple products, Word, and Excel (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong reporting capabilities
  • Minimum 3-5 years of seniors living sales experience
