Collaborating with NFP NoosaCare

We have partnered with leading not-for-profit aged care provider NoosaCare to support the planning and development of a proposed retirement living precinct in Tewantin, in highly sought-after Noosa.

Engaged to provide Research & Advisory services, we undertook a comprehensive market assessment to inform the project’s strategic direction. This was complemented by product design advice and development management support, including the coordination and appointment of key consultants and assistance in preparing the forthcoming town planning application. Community consultation has also formed a central part of the process, ensuring local perspectives are considered as the project evolves.

The proposed development will be co-located with NoosaCare’s existing Carramar aged care facility, creating an integrated living environment designed to support residents as their needs change over time. The model reflects a growing shift toward connected retirement and care offerings. Though many projects claim this, few execute it meaningfully, making early-stage planning and alignment critical.

While still in the planning and consultation phase, the proposed precinct is expected to include 37 two- and three-bedroom residences, three townhouses, a range of communal facilities, and 11 one-bedroom rooms for on-site staff. The inclusion of dedicated staff accommodation is a practical move, given ongoing workforce pressures across the sector.
