IST 2025: let’s get this tour started!

We’re thrilled to have a fantastic group of delegates join us on our eighth International Study Tour, which kicks off on 8 September! It’s good to welcome back some familiar faces including Frank Bambino from VIA Architects and James Kelly from Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects, as well as some IST first timers. This year, we’re excited to explore the United States, touching down in New York, Providence, Boston and Seattle, enjoying scenic journeys and cultural icons along the way.

As always, we’ve meticulously crafted a custom trip that we’re confident delegates will find enriching. On tour, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from experts on a range of topics including senior housing, longevity, design trends, research, customer experience, health and wellbeing, dementia and memory care, as well as valuations, financing and sales.

During the tour, we’ll explore exceptional communities and engage with the industry’s most forward-thinking leaders. Our journey will include visits to luxury communities, boutique independent living projects and world-class assisted living and care developments, all in collaboration with our American partners.
