One Fell Swoop has expanded our sector-specific services to include retirement community operations. This new offering allows us to take full-service responsibility for existing communities or assist developers in establishing operational platforms for new communities. Our operations team is led by One Fell Swoop Partner, Stuart Nicolson, who has held senior leadership and board positions for nearly 20 years in the Australian for-profit retirement living and aged care sectors. A seasoned C-suite executive, Stuart has developed, acquired and operated retirement villages and residential aged care homes with a total gross value of over A$1billion. Working with Stuart is Lauren Watson, an operations professional with 25 years’ experience in residential aged care, retirement living and home care. Her passion lies in operations management focusing on providing exceptional environments, care services and compassion for older people.
