A fresh look for Pinetree Donvale

Zig Inge, a long-time client of One Fell Swoop briefed us to reimagine the branding for their recently reacquired Donvale community. A fresh start for our client meant a fresh new brand was needed. Our aim was to create an inviting and cohesive identity that reflects the vibrant yet tranquil nature of this well-established community.

Leveraging years of successful collaboration on the renowned Prospect Hill community, we were excited to bring our expertise to Pinetree Donvale. We worked across multiple touchpoints to deliver a seamless marketing suite that enhances Pinetree’s appeal to potential residents and their families.

The branding package includes a beautifully designed website, a new brochure suite, refreshed signage and thoughtfully crafted stationery. Importantly, we ensured there was a connection to the Prospect Hill brand, so that it sits within the brand family, yet has its own unique look. Each element contributes to a consistent, welcoming experience for those considering making Pinetree Donvale their home.
