Developing a sector leading premium precinct with Australian Unity

Our ten year partnership with Australian Unity includes premium projects Lifestyle Manor Bondi, Drummond Place Carlton, Victoria Grange and most recently, The Grace Albert Park Lake.  Arguably Australia’s premier retirement community, The Grace offers 79 independent living apartments over 15 floors with views across Albert Park Lake, Port Philip Bay and the Melbourne skyline.  With pricing ranging from $650,000 through to $4,950,000 for the penthouse, our segmented strategy included targeted campaigns for the one bedroom product and direct marketing to high net worth individuals living locally for the premium priced apartments.

The Grace was built on the site adjacent to Australian Unity’s South Melbourne corporate office. This was closed in 2019 for redevelopment into assisted living apartments and residential aged care suites, offering continuum of care on one site.

Recognising the future growth opportunity of this new asset class, Australian Unity is developing an assisted living community of manageable private apartments and contemporary shared spaces, restaurant quality dining and in-house support tailored to residents’ needs.

We are pleased to have been selected by Australian Unity to undertake both marketing and sales of the assisted living apartments and work collaboratively on completion of this sector leading seniors’ living product.
