Europa on Alma welcomes its first residents

Europa on Alma is the first Victorian retirement development undertaken by Bolton Clarke, the merger of the former RDNS and RSL Care. One Fell Swoop provided research, advisory, sales and marketing services for this community of 81 residences in the iconic seaside suburb of St Kilda, additionally we were part of the operationalising team. Architects and interior designers at DWP designed impressive communal spaces including a rooftop skygarden with views over the bay. This is a community with tangible evidence of sustainable operating practices, including solar panelling, but more notably it is the first Australian retirement development to offer residents Ohmiego – an electric Tesla 3 as a share car, with charging stations in the carpark. The site incorporates Bolton Clarke’s At Home Support Office, providing residents with access to additional support services.
