The Saxon launches with strong buyer interest in Oran Park

The official sales launch of The Saxon, Tulich Communities’ $151.9 million retirement living development in Oran Park, brought together 130 attendees for an event filled with insight, laughter and strong buyer interest.

Hosted by our very own Stuart Nicolson, the event at the Oran Park Hotel, featured author and comedian Jean Kittson, who entertained guests with funny reflections on ageing, downsizing and navigating the challenges of caring for ageing parents. Maurice Tulich, Founder of Tulich Communities, and Bianca Tulich, Managing Director, also shared the family’s journey in bringing The Saxon from its early planning stages to launch.

The event marked the first release of floorplans and pricing to the market, following considerable anticipation in the lead-up. The response was encouraging, with 20 purchaser appointments booked to reserve preferred apartments and several early sales progressing.

Comprising 195 apartments across ten levels, The Saxon introduces a new approach to retirement living in Oran Park, combining contemporary apartments and with thoughtfully designed shared spaces. Architecture by Studio.SC and interior design by Studio Tate bring the vision to life.

For Tulich Communities, the launch represents the culmination of four years of planning, research and study tours to retirement communities across Australia.
