One Fell Swoop sponsors NRLS awards

At this week’s National Retirement Living Summit in Brisbane, we’re sponsoring the award for Best Community Development. It’s our fifth year supporting the Awards and we’re always excited to see who is innovating and creating outstanding communities in the Australian seniors’ living sector. The finalists for large developments include Keyton’s Ardency Kennedy Place in Richmond Victoria, RetireAustralia’s The Verge on the Gold Coast, Uniting’s Hawkins Place in Leichardt New South Wales, IRT Group’s Jasmine Grove in Kanahooka New South Wales and Aveo’s Sunset Palms on the Sunshine Coast. The finalists for smaller developments include Community Village Australia’s Lakeside Development, Aura Holdings Somerset Indooroopilly, Principle Living’s Bluheath at The Bower and BASScare’s Morgan Glen Iris. The land lease development finalist is Ingenia Communities Ingenia Lifestyle Parkside.

These developments are leading the way in sustainability, inclusivity, affordability, wellness, care and security, while delivering exemplary lived experiences for Australian seniors.
