Strong early interest in The Saxon at Meet the Team event

The Saxon has made a strong first impression, with 81 prospective residents attending an exclusive Meet the Team event this week ahead of the development’s official launch later this month.

Hosted at the Oran Park Hotel, the event offered attendees an opportunity to hear directly from the people behind The Saxon – owner, developer and operator Tulich Communities, architects Studio SC and One Fell Swoop as sales and marketing partner. People were able to gain a deeper understanding of the vision behind one of Oran Park’s most anticipated new seniors’ living communities.

Presenters included Managing Director of Tulich Communities, Bianca Tulich, Thomas Hansen, Co-Managing Director of Studio SC, whose architectural vision has shaped The Saxon, and Tim Grover our National Sales Director, who is leading the sales program.

With a full house, the session quickly evolved into an extended Q&A, with attendees asking questions and engaging directly with the project team. Many stayed on after the formal presentation to continue conversations with the different teams.

“What really stood out was the level of engagement in the room,” said Tim. “People wanted to understand how The Saxon could fit into the life they’re looking to create. That genuine curiosity and the number of people who stayed behind to talk to the team was a great indication of the strength of the proposition.”

Adding to the experience, the venue featured oversized CGI imagery showcasing The Saxon’s apartments, shared spaces and external architecture, alongside example floor plans. The visual presentation gave prospective residents a tangible sense of the scale, design and lifestyle on offer.

Official launch event: 24 September

The response was immediate. Almost one in three attendees booked a subsequent appointment to visit The Saxon display suite, while further attendees registered their interest in the project’s official launch event on 24 September at the Oran Park Hotel.

The launch will mark the next major milestone for The Saxon, with floor plans and pricing to be released to the market. Headlining the event will be author, actor and comedian Jean Kittson, adding to what promises to be a memorable introduction to the development.

This week’s Meet the Team event provided an important first opportunity to bring the project and its people together with the local community — and the response suggests there is already significant anticipation for what comes next. With the official launch now just weeks away, interest in The Saxon is building.
