Congratulations to our Sales Manager!

Mary George was contending for the Salesperson of the Year title alongside five other retirement living sales professionals at the Property Council of Australia’s event at Fed Square last week. This award recognises people who “achieve outstanding results in leading and driving sales of retirement living units/apartments”.

Mary has been Sales Manager at Adventcare’s Pavilions Blackburn Lake (PCA Retirement Village of the Year 2023), for seven years. She has consistently outperformed her peers, boasting an impressive record of selling all 127 apartments, across three stages, prior to completion. Mary is now managing the expectations of purchasers of the final stage, due for completion in June, whilst growing a substantial waiting list.

Throughout her tenure, Mary has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer relationships, leveraging her extensive experience to achieve high customer satisfaction and generate referrals, which have been instrumental in the ongoing success of Pavilions Blackburn Lake.

“The satisfaction I have when clients are so excited about the next chapter of their lives is immeasurable,” Mary says. “Retirement living is an emotional purchase. I give my clients the time to consider and to help them understand that their decision is the right one. Clients give me their trust and take a leap of faith when buying off the plan. I’d like to think they consider me their friend”.
