A majestic, highly successful event

We threw open the doors at Majestic Tamworth last week for a VIP Open Day, excited to show just what this upmarket country club style community can offer.

More than 70 guests turned out across the two sessions we created for our client, to get a taste of this unique offering, the first of its kind in the region. Majestic Tamworth is expected to pique the interest of local over-50s, as well as those as far afield as Sydney and southeast Queensland looking for a ‘tree change’.

Adjoining a world-class golf course, this land-lease community boasts 98 villas and premium resort-style living. Onsite, residents have access to a wellness centre, clubhouse, billiards room, bowling green, cinema, communal café/lounge, alfresco shared spaces for entertaining in style, and a jetty overlooking the private lake. Our guests were able to see and experience these spaces for themselves, as well as tour a fully furnished and beautifully appointed display villa. And of course, in true Tamworth style, they enjoyed live music, woodfired pizza and sumptuous catering, wine, and good company.

We were thrilled to generate such high levels of interest from both sessions and look forward to selling the remaining villas to grow this vibrant and active community. Residents who purchased off the plan are set to move in shortly and can start enjoying a wonderful active lifestyle among like-minded people.
