They leveraged our rich seniors’ living expertise to bring their vision of a boutique, socially responsible retirement community to life.
Orion is using our full service suite to deliver on their commitment to offering residents a place of belonging, security and independence. Our Research & Advisory, Design & Development and Marketing divisions have successfully brought the development to market, while Sales continues to sell the dream to prospective purchasers. Once the community is operational our Operations division (already working in the background with our client) will kick into top gear.
Research & Advisory
Our Market Assessment offered deep research into the Ringwood catchment, delivering our opinion that the site offered a unique opportunity for a boutique seniors’ living community. The Financial Feasibility report outlined DMF recommendations and a comprehensive assessment of the development and long-term operating phases.
Design & Development
To bring our client’s vision to life, we collaborated closely with an expert team — Via Architects, Studio Tate and Memla Landscape Design. Our aim was to craft an exceptional lifestyle for residents, while ensuring the product and services are priced correctly.
Marketing
We have created an integrated marketing strategy that establishes Dux Churchill as a desired retirement location in Melbourne’s outer east, supporting the pillars of boutique, active and sustainable. The look is bold, graphic and vibrant; to deliver a brand that stands out in the retirement space.
Sales
Our bespoke display suite has been created using an existing retail space. Prospects can browse finishes, fittings and view the scale model and our digital lookbook, Showcase. At launch our sales manager had already secured several reservations, meaning our sales campaign is off to a great start!
Operations
We will handle the ongoing operations of the community, ensuring every element is aligned with the envisaged lived experience. Our operations services bring to life the vision of a beautifully smooth-running community. The operations team has tailored a management plan, so it meets our client’s financial objectives while delivering the best resident experience possible.
