Welcoming Janet Fleet to One Fell Swoop

We’re delighted to welcome Janet Fleet to the One Fell Swoop team as Associate Director – Resales, strengthening our sales leadership team and expanding our expertise in the resale market.

With more than 15 years of experience across residential and retirement living sales, Janet brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a genuine passion for helping people and a proven track record of delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Janet is known for her people-first approach and her ability to guide prospective residents through what can be one of life’s biggest transitions with empathy, confidence and care. Her commitment to excellence was recognised in 2025 when she was named a finalist for Salesperson of the Year at the Property Council Retirement Living Awards.

In her new role, Janet will lead our highly experienced sales team and drive the continued growth of One Fell Swoop’s resale services. Her experience across both residential and retirement living gives her a strong understanding of the sales journey, while her focus on customer experience aligns closely with our approach to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and residents.

National Sales Manager Tim Grover said Janet’s experience and approach make her a fantastic addition to the team.

Janet’s appointment further strengthens One Fell Swoop’s ability to provide end-to-end sales expertise across the seniors’ living sector, from new developments and off-the-plan sales through to established communities and resales.
